Technická a technologická modernizace kolesového rypadla K 2000

Abstract

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám možnostmi technické a technologické modernizace kolesového rýpadla K-2000, vyrobeného v roce 1987, těžícího na pátém skrývkovém řezu na Dolech Bílina. Právě na tomto řezu dochází vlivem tektonických poruch k sesuvům někdy i stovek kubíků těženého materiálu, které, vážně ohrožují přední část kolesa a kabinu řidiče. Řešení těchto problému vyústilo v řadu konstrukčních modernizací, kterými se zabývala firma PRODECO,a.s., tak NOEM a.s.

This thesis describe the technical and technological possibilities of the bucket wheel modernization on excavator K 2000. This excavator was put into operation in 1987 and is working on the fifth stripping cut in Doly Bilina. The main reason for the modernization are the landslips of the cut-over material in amount of hundreds of the cubic meters caused by the tectonic deformations that may lead to the serious damage of the bucket wheel front end or the driver’s cabin. Several modernizations in a construction have been proposed and realized by company PRODECO a.s. or NOEM a.s. to prevent the above described damage risk.
