Abstract

Purpose of this master’s thesis “The Block of Flats – Economic Evaluation of Passive Standard” is an economic evaluation of passive standard in comparison with regular building. The first part is dedicated to construction and technical differences between passive block of flats and regular block of flats from the construction composition point of view as well as system details. Another part of the thesis evaluates costs increase in terms of passive standard building. The final art evaluates economic return of passive standard compared to regular construction solution.
