Tématem diplomové práce je návrh vytápění a větrání administrativní budovy s jídelnou a kuchyní. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část se zabývá projektovou dokumentací objektu, dle příslušných požadavků a norem. Druhá část řeší vytápění a větrání objektu. Zdrojem tepla pro kompenzaci větrání, přípravu teplé vody a vytápění je plynový kondenzační kotel. Pro vytápění objektu je navrženo nízkoteplotní podlahové vytápění. Objekt je větrán čtyřmi vzduchotechnickými jednotkami. Kancelářské prostory jsou chlazeny. K diplomové práci je přiloženo tepelně technické posouzení stavebních konstrukcí, výpočet tepelných ztrát objektu, vyhodnocení tepelné bilance prostor (zimní a letní), tepelně technické posouzení vybraného detailu budovy, energetický štítek obálky budovy a průkaz energetické náročnosti budovy.

The Main subject of the diploma thesis is heating and ventilation design of the commercial offices building with lunchroom and kitchen. The diploma thesis is diveded to two parts. The firts part deals with the project documentation of the bulding, in order of relevant requirements and standarts. The second part deals with the design of the heating and ventilation of the building. The source of heat for ventilation compensation, hot water preparation and heating is a gas condensing boiler. For heating is designed low temperature underfloor heating. The building is ventilated by four air ventilation units. In the office spaces is included cooling systém. The attachment of the thesis are the thermal technical assesment of building structures, the calculation of thermal losses of building, the temperature balance of single areas (winter and summer), the thermal technical assesment of the building detail, the building envelope energy label and the building energy rating certificate .
