The choice of way how to finance long-run property depends on many circumstances as for example approach of management to spare financial resources as well as possibilities of company to invest which are influenced by economical results. The way how to invest depends on company legal form, possibility to have access to other financial resources and ability to pay those resources off without risking company running and its economical development.
