Abstract
Theorethical part of thesis is focused on specific area of waste management, problematics of handling and disposal of solid municipal waste. Main part of thesis deals with parsing nowdays ways of material or energetical use of municipal waste and their disposal on ladfills or inscinerating them. This part is followed by detailed coparsion of legislation related to disposal of solid municipal waste walid in Czech republic and EU. Practical part is foccused on design and assessment some variants of solid municipal waste disposal in connection with valid legislation after 2024.
