Zhodnocení motivace zaměstnanců

Abstract

Diplomová práce na téma „Zhodnocení motivace zaměstnanců“ je zpracována ve firmě Visteon – Autopal, jejíž předmětem činnosti je vývoj a výroba světelné a klimatizační techniky pro automobilový průmysl.

V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s problematikou motivace. V praktické části pomocí dotazníku a metodiky Výzkumného ústavu práce a sociálních věcí je zjištěn současný stav motivace zaměstnanců, jejich postoje, názory včetně aspektů práce, které významně ovlivňují spokojenost pracovníků s prací. Prostřednictvím SWOT analýzy jsou zhodnoceny silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a ohrožení firmy ve vztahu k lidským zdrojům. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou navržena doporučení vedení společnosti, která by mohla pomoci ke zlepšení současné situace motivace pracovníků.

Diploma thesis on theme „Evaluation of employees' motivation“ is processed in the company Visteon - Autopal, whose business is the development and manufacture of lighting and air conditioning equipment for the automotive industry.

In the theoretical part are defined the basic concepts related to the motivation. In the practical part are used a questionnaire and methodology of the Research Institute for Labour and Social Affairs and found out the current state of employees´ motivation, attitudes, beliefs, including aspects of the work, which significantly affect the satisfaction of employee with their work. Through the SWOT analysis are assessed strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to businesses in relation to human resources. On the base of this evaluation suggest recommendations to the company's management, which could help to improve the current situation of employees´ motivation.
