Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the design and management of a project aimed at introducing flexible work arrangements and strengthening diversity within the company XYZ s.r.o. The project is based on the requirements of the OPZ+ call and responds to the company's current needs in the areas of internal process modernization, support for employees on maternity/parental leave, and digitization of HR administration. The thesis includes an analysis of the current state, strategy development, elaboration of the project plan, WBS structure, schedule (including CPM), budget, and proposal of the implementation team. The outcome is a practical project proposal aimed at improving working conditions, increasing management efficiency, and enhancing the company’s attractiveness on the labor market.
