Analýza spokojenosti dělníků na montážní lince ve společnosti vyrábějící vakuové vývěvy

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the employee satisfaction in a company producing vacuum pumps. The main objective of this paper is to provide the analysis of employee satisfaction of fitters of a particular production line and to provide the company with recommendation to increase the satisfaction of all the fitters. The paper consists of two parts. The first one introduces the theoretical background of employee satisfaction including the definitions of the basic terminology, factors influencing the employee satisfaction and the methods of satisfaction measurement. The second part introduces the company and the particular production line and deals with the analysis of fitters satisfaction followed by the recommendation for the company to ensure increasing satisfaction level of all its fitters.
