Abstract

This Bachelor’s thesis focuses on gender issues and the position of women in society, more specifically on specifics within the Czech Republic’s military and armed forces. The research part of the thesis includes a quantitative research study conducted through a questionnaire survey. The aim is to assess the perception of gender stereotypes and discrimination among members of the Czech Army.
