Abstract
In the submitted work there is a general analysis of a personalistic structure in Regional Financial Authorities (RFA), the aim of which is to evaluate and analyse it as well as study the reasons of such a phenomenon like changing jobs is. In the first part of the work you can find a description of the organizational structure of the tax management (administration) including its inner articulation and description of the leading functions. Then the problem of systemization in RFA is put nearer as well as it puts nearer the problem of coherent agendas and their possible planned solving. In next two parties there are made the analysis of age and cultivation structures with the subsequent thinking over the taken items. Into the cultivation analysis there is comprehended a system of an inner education in RFA, too. In the past part there is located a view of a changing jobs and made an analysis of its reasons. The end deals with showing how to put a consideration when solving a personalistic problem in RFA and how to stabilize the most of qualified employees in them as possible.
