Abstract

The object of this work is Trade enterprise - its economic and legal aspects. The information contained in it may serve to broaden the knowledge of both start-up businesses, but also all others who are interested in your knowledge of this area without being in business. The first part deals with the role and importance of trades. The second part examines the Licensing Act and the obligations resulting therefrom. Another part deals with the trade licensing business in economic terms. It outlines the benefits of small and medium enterprises and their shares in selected macroeconomic indicators. The last part discusses the importance and principles of creating a business plan and procedure for obtaining a business license.
