Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on providing employee benefits. The theoretical part describes chosen employee benefits and tax implications for both -for the employer and for the employee. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the current benefits system at Bang & Olufsen, Ltd. Research for the employee satisfaction was done by survey and based on an analysis of trends are recommended new employee benefits and increased effectiveness of their supply.
