Využití programů Evropského sociálního fondu při realizaci politiky zaměstnanosti v Olomouckém kraji

Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the use and evalution of European Social Fund programs in the implementation of employment policy in the Olomouc region. The work is focused on projects within the Development of Human Recources of the European Social Fund in the programming period 2014–2020 in the Operational Program Employment with a focus on programs in the implementation of the monitored Olomouc Region. Programs are implemented through the Labor Office of the Czech Republic and financed from European Union funds and Czech public recources. These programs are targeted at the most vulnerable groups of the population in order to successfully integrate these groups back into the labor market through the tools of active employment policy.
