Abstract
The subject of this thesis is monitoring competitive position of the ROSSMANN company in comparison with other drugstores, which are dominant on the Czech market. The practical part of the thesis uses PEST Analysis, Competitive Analysis and results from marketing research.
The recommendations for improvement the ROSSMANN company were based on the applied techniques. The priority for the Rossmann drugstores should be creating competitive advantages, enhancing strengths, using the opportunities and flexible responding to the market changes.
