Abstract

Bachelor thesis with the title of Analysis of the Communication Mix and Proposal Sales Support for the Company is focused on the company called KVĚTINY Ing. Zdeňka Škařupová, located in Hodslavice. The company deals with floristic works, such as luxurious, gift, unusual bouquets, bridal full-service, Souls' bindings, Christmas floristry, spring binding, funeral wreaths and bouquets, interior decoration, garnish of potted plants and garden works, which include cut fruit and ornamental plant, planting plants, implementation of land fencing. The aim of the work is an analysis of communication mix of the company and designing proposals for sales promotion of the company. The work is divided into two parts. The first part explains main terms from the field of communication and communication mix. The second practical part presents the company and its current communication mix, Ishikawa diagram, evaluation of survey, monitoring of the surroundings and possible proposals of advertising and sales promotion, which company could realize in the future.
