Abstract

The diploma thesis is prepared in the form of project documentation for a building permit, containing all the requisites according to applicable legislation. The project addresses the reconstruction of a recreational building in Lipník nad Bečvou. The building has no basement, one floor and an attic. On the first floor there is a living room, kitchen, utility room, bathroom and toilet. In the attic there are two bedrooms. The project addresse the management of rainwater and wastewater, the solution of heating the building ande a preliminary estimate of costs. It includes a proposal for landscaping, outdoor seating, new fencing and paved parking areas.
