Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for the establishment of a small business in the entertainment industry. Specifically, the business will focus on the operation of photo booths. In the first part of the thesis there is an introduction and then there are theoretical backgrounds on business, marketing, financial planning and analysis of the external and internal environment. The practical part focuses on the design of the business plan which includes a description of the business plan, marketing strategy, operational and financial plan and risk analysis. This part includes PEST, SWOT, marketing mix, Porter's five competitive forces analysis. The business is planned with an emphasis on the use of self-made photobooths which will be offered for fixed placement in clubs as well as for hire for social events such as weddings, balls and festivals. The thesis also analyses the current market, competition and identifies the key factors affecting the success of the business based on the analysis conducted. The output of the thesis is a business plan that will serve as the basis for the actual implementation of the project.
