The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of a two-floor family house and designing heating with renewable resources of energy. First part of the bachelors thesis is dealing with building construction design of the house. This work included all neccessary technical dwawing, technical report, visualisation and budget. Second part of this work is focused on heating using air to water heat pump and floor heating system. All building structures are evaluated. Also thermal losses of the building are calculated and energy label of the building envelope has been issued. An integral part of this work are drawings which includes floor plans, cross-sectional views and schematic diagrams.
