Abstract

The Bachalor Thesis deals with the problem of navigation mobile fire fighting vehicles. In the introductory part is soluted legislation. The next part is the definition of a navigation and specification of requirements for the device. The next section is an analysis of the current technologies used by the Fire Brigade and their usage. Then are presented the current navigation systems, which are already used in practice. There are made certain recommendations concerning hardware and software platforms for navigation unit at the end. In conclusion, there are suggested solution for Fire Brigade of Czech Republic and voluntary fire fighters.
