Abstract
This diploma thesis is focused on preparation of suitable nanocomposites AgIO3/nano g-C3N4 for photocatalytic activity. In work is listed theoretical part contains, in addition also information’s dealing with melamine, its use and properties, the g-C3N4 photocatalyst, namely the so-called bulk/nano, which were prepared from melamine. The diploma work also deals with the preparation of AgIO3/nano g-C3N4 composites and photodegradation on the dye AO7 in the presence of UVA radiation at 368 nm. They are described the individual methods used for the characterization of nanocomposites (DTA/TGA, UV-Vis photoluminescence analysis, X-ray powder diffraction, DRS and IR spectroscopy) of AgIO3/nano g-C3N4 compounds including a discussion of the results. The best composite was found to be 0,06 g AgIO3/nano g-C3N4 material, which had the highest efficiency in terms of photodegradation to AO7 (about 94 %) in 2 hours after UVA exposure at 368 nm.
