Prevence kriminality v souvislosti s požíváním alkoholu mladistvými

Abstract

The Subject of this bachelor's thesis is an analysis of the current crime prevention of consumption alcohol by juvenile and the proposal of its improvement. The theoretical part defines basic concepts of crime, juveniles, alcohol and crime prevention. Here is described the legal framework of the criminal proceeding in juvenile cases and proving the presence of alcohol in blood. There are also defined causes of alcohol consumed by this age group and also the impact on the consumers and society around them. The practical part analyzes the current prevention system of this kind of crime in the Czech Republic using quantitative exploratory analyzing methods and proposes the more efficient methods of the prevention.
