Vliv nového systému regulace a dohledu nad finančními trhy Evropské unie na český systém dohledu

Abstract

Hlavním stěžejním tématem této práce je regulace a dohled nad evropskými finančními trhy. Po zasažení evropských finančních trhů světovou finanční krizí vznikla potřeba reorganizace evropského systému orgánů regulace a dohledu nad finančními trhy. Proto se tato práce bude zabývat především tím, jaký může mít vliv nový systém evropských orgánů regulace a dohledu nad finančními trhy na český orgán dohledu, kterým je Česká národní banka.

Abychom dosáhli stanoveného cíle, tak se nejdříve pokusíme zhodnotit, jaký měl vliv již starý systém evropských orgánů dohledu na český systém. Na základě toho se pokusíme určit, jaký může mít vliv nové uspořádání dohledu EU na český dohledový systém a jaké výhody a nevýhody z tohoto nového uspořádání dohledu plynou České republice.

The main topic of this thesis is the regulation and supervision of the European financial markets. After the global financial crisis hit the European financial markets, the need of reorganization of the European system of regulation and supervision of financial markets was necessary. In this reason this thesis will deal with the problem, how a new european system of regulation and supervision can affect the Czech supervisory institution, which is Czech National Bank.

At first in this thesis we will try to evaluate, which influence the previous european system of regulation and supervision had on the Czech system. On this basis we try to determine, how new European system of the regulation and supervision can affect the Czech supervisory system and which advantages and disadvantages from this new European supervisory arise to the Czech republic.
