Efektivita a řízení subdodávek podniku z oblasti chemického průmyslu

Abstract

The thesis focuses on increasing work efficiency and reducing hourly rates for a company that provides maintenance services for an enterprise in the chemical industry. The maintenance is carried out based on a Framework Agreement, under which the hourly labour rates are contractually adjusted each year. The company is interested in expanding its cooperation with the client in the area of routine maintenance, but negotiations on further development are complicated due to the high hourly rate. The thesis presents a pre-project study exploring the possibility of reducing these rates. It proposes two solution options for potential negotiation with the client and provides a preliminary cost estimate for both versions.
