Aplikace Six Sigma na vybraném úseku průmyslového podniku

Abstract

This work is dedicated to the implementation of Six Sigma in a company HAYES LEMMERZ CZECH s.r.o., which focuses on the production of wheels for passenger cars and trucks. In the first part of the thesis are given basic information about the company, there is also given its history, scope of business and quality management system. The second part deals with the theoretical foundations of Six Sigma methods, its history, statistical nature, instruments and stages of the DMAIC model. Another part is devoted to the analysis process. In the fourth section is then given the very implementation of Six Sigma methods to the selected manufacturing process using the DMAIC methodology, which consists of phases defining, measuring, analyzing, improving and control. Individual results that were found are listed at the end of each chapter. At the conclusion of this thesis are summarized all the findings and results achieved.
