Laboratorní úloha měření videonystagmografie

Abstract

Hearing, sight and balance are the most important human senses through which we see our surrounding and communicate with him. Even though it is systems, which are hardly interconnected and partially substitutable and countervailable, without them we would not be able to respond to sound or visual impulses. It is very important to investigate into the right time-hearing and balanced appliance to ensure early resolution of identified problems. Bachelor work is focused on one of the non-invasive, subjective methods of investigation balanced and visual system, called videonystagmografie. This is an investigative method that assesses the presence of particular nystagmus, which is a clear indicator of balance problems. On the basis of stimulating visual impulses the eyes can measure the speed of nerve signals trough to the nervous pathways and the ability to not only re-vestibular tract irritation response. This is a result close cooperation between visual and vestibular mechanism.
