Vyhodnocení způsobilosti výrobních zařízení na lince výroby hřídelí

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focus on the topic „Evaluation of the capability for the shaft production line“ which is comes out of the engineering production environment. The aim of the thesis is to verify the capability of the production equipment for the shaft components. In outset the basic theoretical principles of the bachelor thesis are defined. Subsequently the evaluation of the capability of the measurement system which is use for data collection from production is carried out. These data are evaluated through capability indexes Cp, CpK, Cpm, Cpmk, Cm and Cmk.Finally, the capability indexes Cp, CpK, Cpm and Cpmk are assessed at a minimum threshold of 1,33. The capability indexes Cm and Cmk are assessed at a minimum threshold of 1,67 and further improvements are proposed for indexes that have not reached this limit.
