Absolvování individuální odborné praxe

Abstract

Bakalářská práce obsahuje popis absolvování individuální odborné praxe ve firmě Taurid Ostrava s.r.o., která se zabývá průmyslovou automatizací. V úvodní části je popsaná firma Taurid Ostrava s.r.o. spolu s jejím odborným zaměřením. Následně v bakalářské práci je rozebraná problematika týkající se PLC a HMI systému. Dále jsou zde uvedeny řešené úkoly, kterými byly řízení zákrytu zinkovací vany, řízení absorbéru, testovaní rozvodové skříně a návrh řízení dopravníkových linek. V posledních třech kapitolách Bakalářské práce jsou popsány uplatněné znalosti nabyté při studiu na Vysoké škole báňské - Technické univerzity Ostrava a scházející znalosti s následným zhodnocením individuální praxe.

Thid bachelor thesis contains a description based on the completion of individual pofessional esperience on the comapany Taurid Ostrava Ltd, which id involved in industrial automation. in the firs part, the company Taurid Ostrava Ltd along with its professional specialization is presented. Subsequently, the thesis analyzes problem of the plc and the HMI systems. Furthermore, there are also solving tasks, such as sugested solutions for the management challenges related to alingment of galvanizing baths, steering of the absorber, testing divorce case, and designing the controler of conveyor lines. In the last three chapters of the thesis, the applied knowledge acquired during particular studies at the VŠB - Technical university of Ostrava - and the missing knowledges are described by using subsequent evaluation of individual experiences.
