Abstract
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to develop a business plan for the establishment of a riding stable. The riding stable will be located in the town of Bohumín. Among the main services that the riding stable will provide is horse stables, their training and the training of riders. Part of the business plan will be an analysis of the company's environment. Furthermore, important issues concerning the establishment of a riding stable will be addressed here. The business plan will include a personnel, marketing and financial plan. Finally, a risk analysis will be prepared.
