The thesis is professed focus on personal bankruptcy and its economic impact on the debtor. The aim of my thesis is to define the basic concepts related to debt relief. Identify the economic consequences of debt relief that may occur during the actual process of insolvency proceedings. Consequently, using analysis of debt relief will evaluate in practice. Thesis could be a summary guide for borrowers who find themselves in a difficult financial situation and decide to ask for personal bankruptcy.
