Motivace a spokojenost zaměstnanců ve společnosti Tesco

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na motivaci a spokojenost zaměstnanců ve společnosti Tesco. Cílem je analýza vybraných motivačních faktorů a faktorů pracovní spokojenosti ve zmíněné společnosti. Teoretická část obsahuje vysvětlení důležitých pojmů, jež s vybranými faktory souvisí. V praktické části, lze nalézt charakteristiku společnosti Tesco a následně popis všech poskytovaných zaměstnaneckých výhod a slev, nehmotných forem oceňování zaměstnanců a komunikačních prostředků. Po analýze výsledků jsou navrhnuta doporučení.

The thesis is focused on the motivation and satisfaction of employees in Tesco company. The objective is the analysis of selected of the motivational factors and factors work satisfaction in that society.The theoretical part contains an explanation of important terms that are related with the selected factors. In the practical part, you can find the characteristics of the companies Tesco and subsequently provided a description of all employee benefits and discounts, intangible forms of valuing employees and means of communication. After the analysis of the results of the recommendation are designed.
