Abstract
The main goal of the thesis is to perform an economic analysis and assessment of business performance Bytprům, production cooperative in Ostrava. The first part is dedicated to theoretical economic analysis and inter-comparison, in the second part are the selected methods are applied to a specific company. The last part is focused on the evaluation of the management team and proposed appropriate measures to improve its performance.
