Abstract
This bachelor thesis examines conditions for obtaining the certificate of a shotfirer and a blasting supervisor in the countries of the European Union. The thesis is structured into several parts. The first part treats the conditions for obtaining the certificate in the Czech and Slovak Republic. The next part treats the conditions in individual EU member countries. The final part treats the conditions for obtaining the certificate for a European Shotfirer.
