Abstract
This thesis deals with an employee education and development process. The aim of thesis was on the analysis of employee education and development processes in the selected organization suggest changes to improve the process. By comparing with the theoretical solutions have been identified shortcomings in the current process and made suggestions and recommendations to improve the situation.
