Abstract
The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the design and preparation of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Ostrava. The documentation has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Decree No. 131/2024 Coll.
The proposed building is a three-storey structure with a basement, comprising a total of twelve residential units intended for permanent occupation. The basement contains collective garages, storage cellars and a technical room. Load-bearing walls are designed from KM BETA Sendwix lime-sand masonry units, floor slabs are monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is a mono-pitched structure with a KVH timber roof truss system.
