Analýza a návrh controllingu hodinové produktivity výrobních útvarů ve společnosti Siemens Elektromotory s.r.o.

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of productivity process in a concrete company. The productivity process comes under controlling department, where my thesis was worked out. Theoretical part is describing basic controlling functions, following by explanation of the prime productivity principles and partial productivity. In this chapter there is also described the position of the productivity in the actual economical systems. In the practical part I have focused on monitoring and analyzing productivity in particular conditions of the company Siemens Elektromotory s.r.o., plant Frenštát p.R. In this part there are stated and described particular tools which are important for productivity reports including measures for increasing effects of the productivity itself. Outcome of this thesis is a creation of a new tool for productivity monitoring and reporting in the human resources field. This ensures complete and accurate controlling of working hours on the base of single particular departments.
