Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to process part of the project documentation for the building permit and the technological process for the implementation of the flat roof of an apartment building in Ostrava. The apartment building has four floors with three floors above ground and one underground floor. The building is brick and is covered with a single-skin extensive flat roof. In the basement there is a technical background of the building and a garage. On the upper floors there are a total of 12 residential units, each with a balcony or terrace. Text part is a part of bachelor thesis, which contains an accompanying and technical report for the building permit. Furthermore, the technological process of implementation, time schedule and item budget of the extensive roof of the apartment building. The bachelor's thesis also contains a thermal assessment of structures and selected drawings, which are part of the drawing parts of the project documentation for the building permit.
