Abstract
This thesis deals with process of managing and evaluating of suppliers in industrial company Ingersoll-Rand CZ s.r.o. The first part is focused on the theory of managing and evaluating of suppliers, and the methods that can be used to evaluate suppliers. In the second part is performed the analysis of the current state and designed to improve the process of managing and evaluating of suppliers in Industrial company Ingersoll-Rand CZ s.r.o.
