Abstract

Title of the work: Administrative Hearing of Violations by Municipality with Transferred Activity. The aim of this paper is introduction of legislative modification, elaboration and safety violations and fluency of traffic. It describes basic conditions of rise of each faktum of violations and marginally also traffic violations. Then, it deals with each operation in violation elaboration till hearing by municipality with transferred activity. In the last chapter, development of punctual system is briefly evaluated.
