Rodinný dům s fitness centrem – rekonstrukce – vytápění a větrání

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout zateplení celého objektu, jejíž součástí je i výměna oken. Dalším z cílů je změna dispozice a částečná změna užívání objektu. Dalším důležitým bodem je navrhnout větrání v prostorách určených k rozšíření fitness centra, využití solární energie k ohřevu teplé užitkové vody pro fitness centrum i bytovou jednotku a dále změna dispozičního řešení stávající 2.bytové jednotky.

Celou rekonstrukcí se docílí vytvoření fitness centra pro muže i ženy (tudíž dojde k zrušení první bytové jednotky a nahrazení této části rozšířením sociálního zařízení a vytvoření dalších prostor pro cvičení). Druhá bytová jednotka projde částečnou rekonstrukcí a vznikne byt pro čtyřčlennou rodinu.

The aim of the thesis is to design a thermal insulation of the entire building, which also includes the replacement of windows . Another goal is to change the layout and partial change of use of building . Another important point is to design ventilation in premises designed to expand the fitness center , use of solar energy for heating domestic hot water for the fitness center and a residential unit and change the layout of existing second dwelling unit. The entire reconstruction is achieved by creating a fitness center for men and women (so will void the first residential unit and replacement of the extension of sanitary facilities and create additional space for exercise) . The second dwelling unit passes partially restored and created an apartment for a family of four .
