Ekotoxikologické zkoušky na p-fenylendiaminu

Abstract

Some substances, which are important for many industrial branches are also ecological burden for the environment and organisms, which are living there. By one of such substances for example is p phenylenediamine (is used for the production of Kevlar fibers), which is toxic for water organisms. The toxicity of this substance is not completely described yet, therefore it is necessary to determine tests to find out the relevance of ecotoxicity environment. Therefore this bachelor work deals semi-chronic toxicity of the p-phenylenediamine at different concentrations on lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) and onion (Allium cepa L.). Furthermore an acute toxicity were also studied for the aquatic organisms - tubifex worms (Tubifex tubifex) and for semi-chronic toxicity for both plants the analysis was performed of basic statistical data analysis.
