Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the development of a business plan for selling bags made from circular textile materials. The objective is to design a viable business model that combines economic goals with sustainability principles. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical section explains key concepts, the structure of a business plan, and legal forms of business in the Czech Republic. The practical part includes market analysis, PESTLE and SWOT analyses, a questionnaire survey, a marketing strategy, and a financial plan including a break-even analysis. The outcome is a comprehensive business proposal for producing and selling eco-friendly products, addressing target group needs, market opportunities, and associated risks.
