Abstract

VÍTKOVÁ D.: Rodinný dům u ostravské ZOO, Bakalářská práce, Ostrava: VŠB-Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta stavební, Katedra architektury, 2026. Vedoucí bakalářské práce: Ing. arch. Michaela Kantorová.

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování části projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby rodinného domu na parcele číslo 2667 v katastrálním území Slezská Ostrava dle vyhlášky č. 131/2024 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb.

Podkladem bakalářské práce je architektonická studie z předmětu Ateliérová tvorba I. (akademický rok 2023/2024, vedoucí práce Ing. arch. Ing. Daniel Vaněk, Ph.D.). Tato studie byla přepracována a podrobněji rozvinuta v předmětu Ateliérová tvorba V. (akademický rok 2025/2026, vedoucí práce Ing. arch. Michaela Kantorová, konzultant pozemního stavitelství Ing. Pavel Vlček, Ph.D.).

Tato bakalářská práce se skládá z textové a výkresové části, obě byly zpracovány dle zadání bakalářské práce se specializací pro obor architektura.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of a part of the project documentation for the construction of a family house on the plot number 2667 in the cadastral area Slezská Ostrava according to the Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on documentation of building.

The basis of the bachelor thesis is an architectural study from the course Atelier Production I. (academic year 2023/2024, thesis supervisor Ing. arch. Ing. Daniel Vaněk, Ph.D.). This study was revised and developer in more detail in the sourse Studio Design V. (academic year 2025/2026, thesis supervisor Ing. arch. Michaela Kantorová, consultant of civil engineering Ing. Pavel Vlček, Ph.D.).

This bachelor thesis consists of a text and a draving part, both of which were prepared by according to the assignment of the bachelor thesis specializing in architecture.
