Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of inventory management of finished products in manufacturing company. The aim of this work is to propose a new system of inventory management based on analysis of the current system and the inventury analisis of a given finished products. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on research of source of knowledge in the field of inventory management. The practical part is focused on the application of inventory management methods in a selected company. The ABC and XYZ methods were used to evaluate this work. Due to finished analysis was proposed a new differentiated approach for a reserve manage of individual products and also was proposed a lever manage for an individual product.
