Abstract

The theme of the thesis is Rationalization of finished goods warehouse. The aim is to analyze inventory management in a manufacturing company Brose CZ, with a focus on setting vital items in the finished goods warehouse and design their new location. Analysis of inventory is done by using methods ABC analysis of inventory and safety stock calculations using the normal distribution. The theoretical part defines the concept of logistics, inventory management and warehousing, focusing on analysis of stocks.
