Abstract

Subject of this thesis was the design of the apartment building. Apartment house is situated on a slightly sloping land in the cadastral Polanka nad Odrou, Ostrava, with entrance from the street Hraničky. This is a partial basement and three-storey building with a single-flat roof. In the basement there is a connecting corridor of cubicles, which will serve residents of the facility for storage of their belongings, the boiler for the management and distribution of hot water pipes and two warehouses adjacent to the boiler room. The first floor is barrier-free entrance, corridor, bicycles, and bicycles. Next steps and two apartments, one of which is designed for the disabled. Second and third floors is solved identically, so that they are always three flats and staircases for housing.
