Abstract

The thesis is focused on determining the crisis vulnerability of the family business and developing a crisis scenario. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first is the theoretical part, where the theoretical concepts necessary for understanding the topic are explained. The second part is practical. The practical part presents the characteristics of the company under study. Furthermore, crisis scenarios are compiled for this company as an output of identifying the company's potential crisis vulnerability. Subsequently, proposals are created to reduce the impact of a potential crisis.
