Nástroj pro analýzu variability srdečního rytmu

Abstract

This master’s thesis presents the development of an application in Java using the JavaFX framework for analyzing heart rate variability (HRV) from RR interval data. It focuses on data preprocessing and the description of various HRV metrics. The application allows users to perform comprehensive HRVanalysis, exploring metrics not only in the time and frequency domains but also in the nonlinear domain. The cardiovascular system, particularly the interaction between the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, is crucial for understanding HRV. The aim of the application is to provide a user-friendly interface for analyzing biomedical data and health monitoring.
