Abstract
The aim of my thesis was to create strategic analyze of selected organization ELKOTERM spol. s.r.o. Using analytical methods evaluate the strengths and weaknesses and advice of possible threats, which management should pay attention. And find opportunities that the company could use to improve their competitiveness and market position. My recommendations were formulated in order to give to the company relevant opportunities to improve the current situation.
