Abstract

The main theme of bachelor work is motion of two variants of a roof construction and calculation of one the variants of decisive supporting elements of the roof construction of mountain cottage in Moravian-Silesian area Beskydy. Work also deals with design and appraisal of decisive supporting connections of the roof construction. Wooden-based materials were used for building supportive and non-supportive constructions of the mountain cottage. The bachelor work also follows up a summary of construction types of roofs suitable for mountain environment and possible errors with their design. All the calculations were made according to valid ČSN EN norms. The construction is convenient for limit state of applicability and for limit state of tolerability.
