Abstract

This thesis is focused on project management. The aim of this work is using the methods and techniques of project management to create a design of project, which would extend the capacity of the service section of the researched company. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the interpretation of theoretical and methodological elements of project management. It explains the meaning of project management and its importance. It indicates the context of the terms and completed a variety of methods. The second part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the BONO auto Plc. Using the methods described in the first part examines the current status and prospects for future development. The following is the design of project created by a software product and application of other project management methods. The work also focuses on the analysis of all the risks associated with the designed project. The conclusion is contained recommendations for the next phase of the project life cycle.
